Support is a prime example of how we believe in honesty: at present our customer base would only justify outsourced support to India or Asian countries to active what most hosts call 24/7/365. This is not acceptable to us and we feel it is better to have our own "in-house" support now although we cannot be available every minute of every day. One foreign company we "tested" took 12-14 hours to respond to tickets. On our worst days we are far faster than that.
We do not believe it makes anyone happy to see a claim of 24/7 support "within 1 hour" when all your ticket gets in that 1 hour is an auto-response telling you someone will reply shortly; then the reply takes many more hours. We could easily make the same 24/7/365 "claim" by simply turning on the auto-responder to our ticket system. We just don't think it's right.

We invite you to grow with us. We believe you will be far more than pleasantly surprised with our concept of quality, value, and service. As of January 1st 2006 we hosted 77 sites (not counting sub-domains) so you will be a person to us, not a number. We believe growth to a seemingly small 77 sites is GREAT for our first year and ALL but ONE customer who signed up with us, is still with us (and that customer did not call first and did not realize they could not take their site from someone else's "free" hosting with all the ads & such & move it to us without rebuilding the site.)
